1. How do I get the solutions?

   After purchasing a workbook you receive access to that level’s solutions by email. Solutions for other levels stay locked.

2. Which workbook should I start with?

   Buyers decide for themselves which workbook to start with. Contents and learning goals for each level are on the product pages. There is no placement test and no level recommendation.

3. What does a workbook cost?

   Each workbook is EUR 14.00 including 7% VAT, plus shipping. The complete set of five workbooks is EUR 70.00 including 7% VAT.

Shipping

Plus shipping. Delivery time 2–4 days within Germany. The exact shipping price appears at checkout. Shipping abroad will follow later.

Payment

Payment runs through Stripe Checkout. You can collect several workbooks and several copies in one cart and order them together.

Withdrawal

The German text is authoritative. This English text is a convenience translation.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CHESS MONKEYS GbR, Schlesierstraße 4, 81669 München, email: support@chessmonkeys.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Withdrawal ends access to the solutions for that order.

The contract is concluded when payment through Stripe Checkout is completed. Each workbook costs EUR 14.00 including 7% VAT, the complete set EUR 70.00 including 7% VAT, plus EUR 3.50 shipping within Germany. Delivery time is 2–4 days. We do not ship abroad. The retail prices are fixed under the German book-price law. From ten copies, an individual price agreement can be requested where that law allows it.

After payment, access to the solutions for the purchased levels arrives by email. The link does not expire. A cookie keeps access in that browser for 30 days. Solutions for other levels stay locked. The goods remain our property until payment is complete. Statutory warranty law and German law apply. Mandatory consumer-protection rules remain unaffected.
